This residential project explores the financial and the architectural implication of Historical Preservation Tax Incentive Program from the federal government. The architecture is a modest expansion through historical research as a sleeping porch addition to the late 18th century St. Louis residential building typology. The strategy is to modify the current building plans, which have been altered throughout time, to transform into the new owner's programmatic needs.
